Context
Arco Educação was undergoing a period of rapid expansion driven by the acquisition of multiple supplementary education brands. This growth resulted in a fragmented ecosystem of platforms, leading to scattered access points, enrollment inconsistencies, and a high volume of support tickets from schools.
Challenge
To design a unified, scalable, and flexible white-label platform without compromising user experience or the unique identity of each brand.
My Role
I acted as the Product Designer responsible for defining the experience architecture, designing core user flows, and aligning product, technology, and business stakeholders.
In collaboration with product and business teams, I contributed to the strategic decision to develop a Headless CMS platform, enabling administrators to autonomously create, organize, and manage educational content without requiring code-based updates for recurring changes.
